This has already been answered, you are using an unsupported compiler.
For the moment you can do:

sudo mv /usr/local /usr/byebye
fink update-all
sudo mv /usr/byebye /usr/local

This will work unless you have made changes to the compiler in /usr

In the future, please contact the package maintainer with 
problems, I have been busy lately and don't read this list so 
carefully. To fink the maintainer's email address, use the "fink 
info" command. man fink for more information.
