Only two hits (damn, not a googlewhack :). One of them happens to be
Fink's site, which might just be a different name for the slow sf.net
servers (they're slow for me in Massachusetts too). The URL given is:

(The other hit is just the archives for this list :/. It's a post saying
that the URL above doesn't work, but it seems okay to me now...).
