Hello, I have been trying to to do a "fink update-all", and I am running into conflicts on installing the db3 package that is a dependency for a few other packages:
The following package will be installed or updated: gconf The following additional package will be installed: db3 Do you want to continue? [Y/n] dpkg -i /sw/fink/dists/stable/main/binary-darwin-powerpc/libs/db3_3.3.11-5_darwin-powerpc.deb dpkg: regarding .../db3_3.3.11-5_darwin-powerpc.deb containing db3: db31 conflicts with db db3 provides db and is to be installed. dpkg: error processing /sw/fink/dists/stable/main/binary-darwin-powerpc/libs/db3_3.3.11-5_darwin-powerpc.deb (--install): conflicting packages - not installing db3 Errors were encountered while processing: /sw/fink/dists/stable/main/binary-darwin-powerpc/libs/db3_3.3.11-5_darwin-powerpc.deb ### dpkg failed, exit code 1 Failed: can't install package db3-3.3.11-5 When I do a "fink list", it shows db as a virtual package.
