I just went back to gnuplot 3.7.1 from 3.8h because of the crazy command line editing in v 3.8h. Copy/paste in terminal would give the first letter of the string then delete wd finish the paste, characters entered on a line did not go to the left of the cursor - i couldn't figure it out. All is 'normal' on 3.7.1. I couldn't find any info online on how cli editing had changed - does anyone know? TIA Tom
