hi,

sending an email to the package maintainer is always a good idea,
since i think not all of them read all the posts to the user list all
the time. especially when the subject line doesn't contain the package
name ;)

cc to the list can be useful in case it's likely that other people
have the same problem. but if it is just a broken download link, maybe
it's not really necessary.

regarding cgoban: i will update the package. hope there are not to
many changes. i will tell you when it's done.

tell me if it works for you. than i can be moved to stable soon! if
you are also using gnugo, i would also apreciate feedback.
