Where is /sw/sbin in your $PATH? It should be there. The 2 missing
programs are in /sw/sbin. OTOH, there is no such thing as /sw/share/bin.
And having /usr/local/share in the $PATH is unusual, too. Who concocted
this $PATH?

If dpkg really says what you say it said, I'd say this is a small bug in
dpkg's error messages.
