Very nice! - I see essentially the same desktop on both my RedHat7.2 box and my ibook with fullscreen XDarwin. Here's a gnome-related question/problem (or two): When I try to preview a screensaver from the gnome control-panel, I don't see it - the screen goes black but nothing appears. If I try to preview the random screensaver I get "screensaver-properties-capplet has crashed due to fatal error ...". Is there a way that I can troubleshoot this problem? How can I find out specifically what's missing/mis-configured? There is also another capplet-related crash msg from another part of the control-panel. None of this is critical to me, but I would like to learn how to troubleshoot these problems - so I can eventually contribute answers, instead of questions 8^).
