Are you sure that unstable/crypto is in the Trees: line of your /sw/etc/fink.conf?

No, this just means that it didn't find anything by the name of
fetchmail-ssl-<version>, so it looks for fetchmail-<version> with
<version>=ssl, which doesn't exist either, obviously.
