I did a CVS update today and compilation of the latest r-base failed with message:
checking for Fortran 77 name-mangling scheme... lower case, underscore, extra underscore checking whether fort77 and gcc agree on int and double... configure: WARNING: fort77 and gcc disagree on int and double configure: error: Maybe change CFLAGS or FFLAGS? ### ./configure failed, exit code 1 Failed: compiling r-base-1.5.0-1 failed I have installed many previous versions of r-bases, so I'm sure this is a small mistake in the patch files?
