Compiling pgplot-perl-2.18-2 fails with the following error:

*******************

cc -c -I/sw/pgplot -pipe -fno-common -DHAS_TELLDIR_PROTOTYPE -fno-strict-aliasing
-I/usr/local/include -O3 -DVERSION=\"2.18\" -DXS_VERSION=\"2.18\"
-I/System/Library/Perl/darwin/CORE PGPLOT.c
PGPLOT.xs:14: header file 'cpgplot.h' not found

Failed: compiling pgplot-perl-2.18-2 failed

I can go back farther in the output if necessary -- there are some
warnings but it isn't clear to me what's significant. Noting the
apparently missing header file, I tried deleting & re-downloading
the package, but the results didn't change.

fink --version gives

  Package manager version: 0.9.12
  Distribution version: 0.4.0.cvs

OSX 10.1.4, December devtools.
