As noted in an earlier message, this is easily resoved if you either download the file manually (as done here) or replace the old prdownloads host name with one of the new mirrors that sourceforge now uses.
Here is a relevant piece of the file served by the prdownloads request: Your download should begin shortly. If it does not, try http://telia.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/fink/xforms-0.89-macosx-repack.tar.gz or choose a different mirror It's unusual for a downloader not to use a checksum which would make this easier to diagnose.
