It is already the case. /sw/bin comes in first position.

Furthermore, I have tried to make the following link:
/sw/bin/latex -> /usr/local/tetex/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current/latex

(which is a script that just calls tex with some options; this sounds strange to me,
since LaTeX is a superset of TeX, not the contrary, right ?... Probably there is
something
I do not catch about teTex.)

Then latex2html can go further... and finally I get smthg like:

Fatal (syswait): exec "/sw/bin/dvips ...."

which means dvips do no exist in system-tetex. I checked, and there is not even a link.
Then after making the link /sw/bin/dvips -> /usr/local/tetex/bin/.../dvips
it goes further... but the result is definitely not what I should get...
I can give more details if necessary...

(of course I have tried the .tex file somewhere else, where it works).

Thanks for help.
