Actually I think this is not such a bad thing. You could remove my 
package and let Fink install mysql again, especially if you do not have 
any data you care about in the DB.

You can use my remove script to remove the entropy.ch-version.
Thereafter you can install the Fink version, I'm sure that will go very 
smoothly.

Also, my 4.0 alpha build is really old by now, newer builds of the 4 
series exist but I dont' think I'll update my packages before 4 goes 
final.
