Three friendly tips,

1. you should identify all of your configuration files that your site
requires and make sure they are backed up (not just for the fink /
jaguar  upgrade). 

2. get a seconds system rebuild your site on an old mac and verify
that it can withstand the upgrades. 

3. be aware that fink isn�t completely functional with Jaguar yet.
