So does rxvt (my choice); it also supports the scroll wheel which is
nice (actually, I don't know whether it is rxvt that does it, but it
works :). Here's how I have it set up:
Rxvt*cursorColor: #535ca9
Rxvt*geometry: 80x34
Rxvt*scrollBar_right: true
Rxvt*saveLines: 1000
Rxvt*scrollColor: #dcdcdc
Rxvt*troughColor: #bababa
Rxvt*termName: xterm-color
