Doh! I thought it would be more useful than that, or maybe it fixed
some bugs. Well, it didn't take too long to compile. Can we get
ChangeLogs for .info files? I know there's ChangeLog for the programs,
but it would be really helpful to know what the difference is between
x.x.x-3 and x.x.x-4 and whether it's worth the recompile.

I have noticed sometimes a .info file is used as a ChangeLog, not that
it's necessarily a good idea to have that much come back with "fink
info ...". Maybe "fink changelog ...". On the other hand, I would
think changes to .info files are being tracked somewhere by the
maintainers, so they know why they made changes to a .info file. I
haven't found any relevant ChangeLogs in CVS yet. Are they in CVS?
And where? Did I miss something in the FAQ?

Hey, not getting on anybody's case here. Just figuring the changes are
written somewhere and hoping it's not extra effort to make the pointer
available. Great work on fink so far. Compiling new programs have
never been so easy and clean. I never want to go back to untar'ing and
making and rm'ing build dirs and sorting and etc. everything ever
again. I still do the occasional build, but not everything! Great
work! Can hardly wait for the upcoming release. :-)
