Well, I clicked on the sunsite link and it downloaded fine (although I 
was a little surprised, as I had forgotten the Finder in 10.2 was the 
default app for ftp urls :).

If fink really can't get it, then get it with a browser and put it in 
your source directory, either /sw/src or the alternative directory you 
specified during fink's configure phase.
