You should be at version 0.11.0 if you did a selfupdate recently. This smells of some wrong cvs manipulation.Hi I am running fink version:[Quark:~/Ports/horae-005] paulfons% fink --version Package manager version: 0.10.0.cvs
This is not surprising, the file was removed from cvs on October 7.Distribution version: 0.4.9.cvs and find that I can't compile the package libxml. I thought this might have come up before, but a search of the user-list mailing archives came up blank. Is there a standard fix for this? I am concerned in particular with the line sh: /sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/libs/libxml2-2.4.25-1.patch: No such file or directory
What *is* surprising is that you seem to have the corresponding info file, because this, too, was removed from cvs at that time. And, according to cvs log, it lived for only about 25 minutes. How did you catch it in the first place?
It would be interesting to see what you get from
cd /sw/fink/dists
cvs status unstable/main/finkinfo/libs/libxml2-2.4.25-1.info
Do you have any "Sticky Tag" or "Sticky Date" there? If yes, remove them by running
cvs update -A
