[Fink-users] xemacs version problem

Hi.

When doing 'update-all', Fink is getting hung up trying to download xemacs-base-1.68-pkg.tar.gz (changing mirrors doesn't help). The Fink website says that the latest version in unstable is 1.70-1, and the download site (http://helios.dii.utk.edu/ftp/pub/xemacs/packages/) only has xemacs-base-1.70-pkg.tar.gz . So I tried doing 'fink selfupdate-cvs', and got the list of '...it is in the way' complaints. I removed the offending files and redid selfupdate-cvs, but Fink still wanted version 1.68. I also tried fink index, but that didn't help, either. If I try to run selfupdate-cvs again, I get the '..it is in the way' complaints again, even though the previous cvs update seemed to complete OK. (This selfupdate-cvs issue has been a problem for a few months now - is there a way to fix this?)

I'm running 10.2.1 on a DPG4. I ran the fink-0.11/update-fink.sh script, which completed OK. I noticed in a posting to fink-users that /sw/fink/dists is supposed to point to /sw/fink/10.2 - this is not true on my system, even after running update-fink.sh twice. This is the Trees line from /sw/etc/fink.conf:

Trees: local/main stable/main stable/crypto unstable/main unstable/crypto local/bootstrap

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
