I was using fink on Mac OS10.1 and had a working tcl/tk installation, I installed Jaguar and updated fink and a lot of other packages. I get the following error when I try to run xmaxima or any other tcl/tk based application:
root# xmaxima
dyld: wish multiple definitions of symbol _dataKey
/sw/lib/libtk8.3.dylib(tkMain.o) definition of _dataKey
/sw/lib/libtcl8.3.dylib(tclMain.o) definition of _dataKey
Trace/BPT trap
I tried to rebuild tcl/tk as well as maxima, but that has not made any difference.
Any suggestions / work arounds for above problem appreciated.
