Hi All,
I am new to fink, so please excuse me if this is a stupid question.
I installed vim on my 10.2.2 by doing "fink install vim", the installation went fine and without errors. However, when i type "vim" in xterm, I only get the non-X version of vim.
I thought the vim package is the X version and vim-nox is for the terminal version...did i miss something? How do I get the X version of vim running?
application, and "gvim" (or "vim -g") is a GUI application.
See also the man pages.
vim-nox is *only* the terminal application, and is intended
for people who don't have X11 installed.
