Hello Where can I find the information, if I will modify the entries in the fink.conf. I will chance the MirrorContinent, the MirrorCountry and perhaps the Mirror-sourceforge (I cannot install octave on my iBook, because a server is busy all the time).
Or can I copy the file 'fftw-2.1.3.tar.gz' manually? If yes, which folder is the right place to move 'fftw-2.1.3.tar.gz' into? By the way: Here my feedback for the maintainers of the packages 'r-base' and 'octave'. On my iMac I could install both packages without any problems. Thank you!! And until today, the work fine. But I have to say, I am an R- and Octave-Newbie, so use this information with caution.
