Does anybody know why do I get this characters and how get rid of them?

cdrecord -v -speed 16 -eject dev=3DIOCompactDiscServices iso_file.iso
if [ $# =3D=3D 1 ]; then
SRC=3D"$1"
DEST=3D"$1"
