Hello all,
I recently installed Ximian's Evolution (V.1.0.7-2) via Fink
(V.0.5.0a.cvs) on my TiBook running OS X (V.10.2.2). During the install
process I was not asked about SSL support. After install I was excited
to find it actually works. However, the mail servers that I want to
connect to require SSL. Unfortunately when i select to use SSL for
incoming IMAP connections the connection test bombs. I am able to
connect to non-SSL IMAP servers just fine.
My question is, did I miss something during the install process or does
the version of Evo Fink installs lack working SSL support? Is this by
design or simply the default install configuration? If the default Fink
configuration doesn't support SSL but there is some way for me to
enable it I sure would be happy to know how to set it up.
TIA
