My idea is to get it working in the command line linphonec version first. (I assume "fb" is framebuffer, so you're talking about getting the UI up using X11 ... I don't have X11 installed )
In the command line (I guess in the UI version too) it wants some kind of sound support, and it's not finding that. Is there a port of one of the audio systems it tries to use out there? Alternatively I might try to port it to "portaudio" which works on OS X.
