The "archived" status of control center is because you initially installed packages that only needed control-center-dev and control-center-shlibs; all three packages are generated in the build process, but only -dev and -shlibs got installed. This is normal.
"scrollkeeper-update" is an executable installed by the scrollkeeper package. I'd suggest rebuilding scrollkeeper. -- Alexander K.
