I get similar msgs, with the following packages :
gnome-core gnome-user-docs control-center ghex gnome-utils gtranslator gnome-games gnome-applets gdm pong glade anjuta
But eg evolution which I saw in your list is no longer in mine..
Check maybe whether you still have the same problems with the packages
which are not in the above list after updating them...
