Hi,
I'm the maintainer of a couple of simple package. One of them (ipython) has been recently updated by the author from version 0.2.14pre50 to 0.2.14. My old .info file (named ipython-0.2.14pre50-1.info) started in such a way:

Package: ipython
Version: 0.2.14pre50
Revision: 1

Now I'd like to try the new version and I've written a new .info file (named ipython-0.2.14-1.info) in my local tree. It starts with:

Package: ipython
Version: 0.2.14
Revision: 1

But if I type "% fink install ipython" at the shell prompt, fink always chooses the older version, no matter if I change revision number to 2. On the other hand if I write "% fink install ipython-0.2.14-1" everything works as I want. My fink.conf file is right or at least I think so:

Trees: local/main stable/main stable/crypto local/bootstrap unstable/main unstable/crypto

Could anyone suggest me how can I force fink to use the new version besides writing the complete package name?

Thanks,
Andrea.
