I recently reinstalled my machine using the english locale of OSX but
the german keyboard settings. I installed apple X11 0.2 and the latest
fink and the fink gtk+ 1.2.10 packages. I now compiled Lopster and in
the chat I can type stuff with umlauts (���) just fine but when I hit
enter in the actual chat the line written vanishes where the first
umlaut is, the same goes for any user who types stuff with umlauts or
certain other special keys like different apostrophes and stuff. Any
idea how I can fix this? Before I forget, yes I am using fonts that
support umlauts.
