It is a 2.57 bug, specifically with 2.57 being installed without ever having had autoconf25-2.54 installed (I found how to reproduce it). I've got a fixed autoconf2.54 package in unstable and updated the kde builddepends to point to it, so if you do a selfupdate-cvs it should be OK now.
