I removed gs6 and installed ESP gs. Should I install system-ghostscript and then reinstall gs6? I have no fink packages that depend on ghostscript versions other than 6.
There is no big problem having esp gs installed at the same time as fink gs-6 except the extra 5MB of disk space. I haven't seen any conflict.
I could add that system-ghostcript-7.05-3 provides ghostscript-nox but not ghostscript. Some other packages (most notably tetex-base) that require ghostscript threw a fit until I modified the system-ghostscript package to also provide ghostscript. Don't know if this was the right solution but at least it solved all problems so far.
