I want ot install qtella, but it won't:

Finally, here's my Fink version:
Package manager version: 0.12.1
Distribution version: 0.5.1.cvs
On the Fink website, it is said that qtella 0.5.3-1 is for OX 10.1 only; the version
listed by Fink is 0.5.3-2 - I supposed I could install it (MacOS X 10.2.4).
What's going on?
