I updated quite a while ago to the third public beta of Apple's X11
and noticed some problems with pgplot updates. In particular, I have
program that links in pgplot. Under the first and second beta of X11,
when a plot was redrawn the pgplot window updated immediately. Now,
with the third beta, when I replot something in a pgplot window, the
window is not updated until I actually select it (upon which the plots
appear as expected). Needless to say, to have to select the plot
window every time I want to see output. Is there an environment
variable or some other magic incantation to avoid this delayed update
problem -- or is this just a bug that I should report to Apple?
