Looks like when you crashed, the filesystem got messed up or the ownership of the directory in /sw/src/ is wrong. You're going to have to try removing it yourself, but you may need to run through another fscheck to make it happen. The build already happens as root, and if root isn't allowed to delete something in there, it's definitely corrupt. :(
