They are right for most files, but there are some (most anything ending in
.sh or .a) that aren't supposed to be executable by anybody--I don't think
that will cause your system any damage, though.  You could start by
chmoding these.

If you use Fink Commander, you can highlight every package and use
Reinstall--that's an easy way to restore everything.
