The sourceforge site that you mirrored contains two things:
  1) binaries (from the last distribution)
  2) sources that correspond to those binaries (so only the stable tree
      sources, and only those which came from the last distribution)

As Ben suggested, you could use the local copy of the sources by adding
an appropriate URL to the master mirrors list.  (You'll want the "source"
subdirectory of the direct_download directory.)

To use the local copy of the binaries, you need to edit /sw/etc/apt/sources.list
and add the URL for your local mirror.
