In the short term I just changed all file ownership in the
/sw/var/postgresql directory tree back to the pgsql user.
I used the command 'sudo find /sw/var/postgresql -exec chown pgsql.pgsql {} \;'
I suspect this'll break when I install another fink update
of postgresql.
In the long term I'm probably going to have to make the
transition over to the new 'postgresql' user to allow fink
updates to work. I just haven't got that to work yet.
I suspect I'll need to delete /sw/var/postgresql/data
and init a database setup manually under the new user,
but I haven't spent the time to see if that'll work.
