Here is the info for my environment.
Package manager version: 0.13.3 Distribution version: 0.5.3.cvs Mac OS X version: 10.2.6 December 2002 Developer Tools or later gcc version: 3.1 make version: 3.79
Do I need to update Developer Tools to include gcc 3.3?
