Can anyone recommend the best way to copy text outputted from unix
commands running under XDarwin in Xterm, using the mouse? I understand
that any unix command can have its output practically piped to a
buffer, but it would be nice to be able to select and copy for
copy-and-paste capabilities (maybe I'm too spoiled by Aqua / OS X)?
Ideally it would be nice to be able to copy and paste (bidirectionally)
between Aqua and any app with a GUI running under XDarwin. I ask
because I fink installed the SVG editor sodipodi and it ran
successfully but listed several warnings in the xterm window from where
I spawned it, and I wanted to quickly copy the text it output and bring
it over to Aqua into BBEdit. Thanks for any suggestions (note: am not
too keen yet on using X11 from Apple as I'd prefer to stick with
XDarwin).
