This should be in the FAQ (and it will be after I send this): you can't use
Fink Commander to install atlas, because the installation sends a prompt
that Fink Commander doesn't know how to deal with.
You'll have to resort to the command line ("fink install atlas") this time.

and I get stuck on that for more than 20 hours. As my machine is not so
slow (867Mhz*2), I assume it is not normal.
Allready met this problem ?

G4 mirror bi-processor 2*867Mhz, with 512Mo Ram
Mac OS X.2.6, with all updates
Last version of Fink and Fink Commander
All packages installed from sources, with no instable.
Apple Developper kit from the 2002 December (gcc 3.1 then, not 3.3)
