Still no final release date set. And if you believe the rumors sites, there's still enough bugs in the current builds to keep Apple working on it for a while yet. It's certainly not near GM status.
Also, I hate to be the one to do this, but I have to remind people that actually talking about what IS on the prerelease copies (or what is NOT) is a violation of the Non Disclosure Agreement that everyone who does have a pre release copy was supposed to sign and send back to Apple's Legal Department.

As long as it is legal, does anyone want to share their OS X???? Seriously.
If not, does anyone know when the official release date is???

I got mine by paying $500 for a select membership on
http://connect.apple.com , not only do you get one seed key, you get 5,
so you can give away 4 to your co-workers.

Having a seed key is the only legal way to get your hands on this
*prerelease* software.

This might be just bit off topic, but I have read, in many different
newsgroups, of people who have installed the OS X 10.3 preview. Where
are
you getting that? I can not find it anywhere and I would love to try
it out.

Thanks,
Ned Dupont
