my fink installation is fully up-to date from CVS.
I tried to invoke pstoedit and got the following - on two machines, one with ghostscript6 and the other ghostscript8:

The main problem clearly is the last couple of lines (the first missing
libraries already generate warnings during compilation, but I don't think
they are fatal). I tried pstoedit with several files, and even just pstoedit --help.
Same result (sometimes it also tells me directly that there is a segmentation
fault).
