The order doesn't matter at all.  You won't actually be switching to the
gcc 3.3 tree yet.  It's just that now, for those packages which require gcc
3.1, fink will ask you to switch to gcc 3.1.  There is no program which
will require gcc 3.3.

Later (in a week or two, perhaps), we'll have an upgrade which truly
converts to the gcc 3.3 and then the Developer Tools update will be
required.
