I didn't know who I should address this to so I wrote it here.
When downloading package sources, if the file already exists then fink asks if it should delete it, keep it, or assume it is a partial download and continue. If you choose assume it is partial but then the mirror you are using does not have the file so you have to choose say a "master" then it deletes the file and starts over.
Not a real problem, but probably should be fixed. I am using the latest fink and the 10.3 tree.
