Should have thought of this... Edit /sw/fink/10.3/unstable/main/finkinfo/utils/launch.info and replace '#!/bin/csh -e' with '#!/bin/csh -ef'. There's something in your csh initialization file which is causing the launch build to fail, because it is a csh script.
