Is there any way to determine this if you're not actually running 10.3? Like, somewhere on the Fink web site, or a file in CVS I could browse?
In http://fink.sf.net/pdb/ the description for each package will list which trees it's present in. I'm not sure whether there's a way to list EVERYTHING present in a specific tree, but at least you could check specific packages.
