Hello,
I am trying to install GnuCash (1.8) from the unstable branch on my Apple TiBook G4, running Panther, Fink 0.6.1 and FinkCommander 0.5.1.
GnuCash depends inter alia on AudioFile (0.2.4, unstable branch), which compiles quite perfectly, but unfortunately when FinkCommander tries to install the package it fails with an error message reading it cannot move a directory (root-audiofiles-0.2.4-1/sw/bin), which--after checking--is non-existing!
When trying to compile and install AudioFile from the command line (i.e. terminal window), everything works perfectly fine, only the fink repository of already installed packages is not updated!
Any suggestions, any ideas?
