[Fink-users] aspell and 10.3?

I use aspell as the spell checker with bluefish.  I have been making 
fink packages for the various bluefish snapshots.  Everything was 
fine until I upgraded to OS X 10.3.  Now I get a crash when I try to 
spell check, with either bluefish 0.10 or with the recent snapshots. 
I am working with the bluefish developers, but they are suspecting 
that it is an aspell crash that brings bluefish down.

I am wondering if somehow aspell might not be working 100% sanely 
under 10.3.  It works fine from the command line, but is it possible 
that libaspell is not good?

Does anyone else have any good or bad experiences with aspell under OS X 10.3?
