Since aquaterm-0.3.2 isn't in 10.3 unstable (as you can see in http://fink.sourceforge.net/pdb/package.php/aquaterm), it's possible that there were issues wherein it wouldn't work on 10.3 . You might want to send a note to the maintainer, on the off chance that it was an oversight.
