For this version of XFree86, you should be safe--there are some versions that weren't quite specified correctly, and parts of them could overwrite another X11. That's actually the only thing that can really happen: all X11's are installed in more or less the same place.

You should be using XFree86, then, _unless_ you installed Apple's X11 afterwards--since it doesn't care beans about Fink's package list.
